Per Joe...

No word yet on Brown that I've seen...

Every day Scott Fitterer looks more and more out of his depth. From Cat Scratch Reader:

Quote

Scott Fitterer & Co. thought they knew better than the Jags and decided to flip a 2022 third round pick — a valuable selection where starters can be drafted — plus veteran tight end Dan Arnold in exchange for Henderson and a fifth round pick. This trade has not aged well.

Ouch.  Fitterer being the genius that traded for Sam Darnold too.

Yeeeeaaahhh...no.

More than one insider has pointed out that Matt Rhule was the one who most heavily coveted CJ Henderson. Likewise the pickups of Bridgewater, Darnold and Mayfield were all his idea.

Fitterer takes the blame for Darnold's fifth year option, but not the other stuff.

I'd add that Dan Arnold in Jacksonville hasn't exactly been anything special.

By the way, Rhule was behind the Henderson/Darnold trade--he based his decision on the college film he watched on CJ and not the Jags film--by his own admission, if you recall.

I am interested to see how they use Jammie, to switch gears.  I doubt he was drafted to sit behind Chinn, Bell, and Woods.

Meh. We received a 5th for Arnold which was fair imo. Giving the Jags a 3rd for a young and cheap CB isn’t the end of the world and I still view it as worth the risk.

Yep. Insiders said he had really been hoping to draft Henderson the year before but it didn't fall that way.

Agreed. Its not unfair to admit that Fitt isn't the second coming of Jesus and makes a few mistakes here and there!  Its par for the course!

Lets remember the days when this site owner and all the other homies were all up on Tepper's balls, posting memes of brass balls, making thread now deleted called "ready to win"....and literally turned on him 1 year later.  People are fickle AF

It makes more sense though to place blame for things that actually happened.

    • Watching Rams/Eagles. Celebrating the St Louis Rams team that won the SB (Warner, Holt, etc..) while playing in Los Angeles seems wrong.  If I were in Los Angeles, no way I would attend a Rams game.  Probably wouldn't attend a Chargers game either.  Becoming a fan of a team that likes to move around just seems like a waste of energy as a fan.
    • The only responses I am getting after providing statistics to put opinions in perspective seem to be from people who get angry and attack stats and people whose opinions differ from their own.  Have people on the Huddle ever overreacted, exaggerated, been wrong about players before?  Sure they have, so an alternative opinion with statistical support should not cause you to attack me or my views.  I am sorry your public schools failed you.  But your reactions are very revealing--you are stuck in Piaget's concrete operational stage--learn logic, how to debate a topic, and learn the difference between facts and emotional opinions.  When I paralleled Cam's stats with Jones' to point out how remarkably similar their careers have been to this point, It blew some 40 watt minds.  I think Jones, in a better situation, could be good--that should not upset you--
    • penalties and poor hands is what cost us in the RZ Bryce missing "high" in the back of the end zone is not an issue, you're taught as a QB to throw high in the back of end zone were only the receiver can catch or no one The duo of Ian Thomas and Tommy tremble can both go at the end of the season, both been here for multiple seasons and they've barely developed
