I'm generally not in favor of doing this stuff through the media (ditto Beason and Peppers) but it can sometimes work. It can also sometimes make things worse.

Putting it together with some things Trent Dilfer said on Colin Cowherd's show, I begin to wonder if it's an old tactic of calling out everybody when you really only have one person in mind but you don't want to single them out. In this particular case, it could be Randy Moss, of whom Dilfer said that the body language between he and Brady was "not good at all".

For the record, that tactic pretty much never works, because the person in question just about always tells themselves that you must be talking about somebody else.

Not sure who it is that he is calling out, but he could take a look at himself as well.

I don't agree with calling out your teammates, especially when you are still leading your division....IMO thats foolish.

If he had actually been playing well, I could maybe understand this. But, for the "best QB of the decade" he's actually been pretty awful lately.

Calling out who? This isn't Peyton calling out the Defense or the Kicker. Or Beason calling out a individual player in Peppers

This is a QB bascially saying that "WE" and "ALL" have to to better.

Dilfer's one of the smartest NFL analysts to come along in years, knows a thing or two about the sidelines and is actually acquainted with the parties involved (specifically, Brady).

If it were just Florio, that's one thing. Dilfer, I trust.

Just normal rabble rousing from pft. I wouldn't be surprised if there's tension with Moss, I'd be more surprised if there wasn't. Moss has always been 'the man' (except when he quit trying in Oakland) and right now Welker is the one getting the ball. Of course there are reasons for that but you can't expect that to sit well with a #1 receiver like Moss. Billick said something that always stuck with me along the lines of 'if my receivers aren't pissed that they don't get the ball on every play then I don't want them as my receivers'.
