How I See Round 2.

There is something about college football in that a lot of colleges take track stars, put them at WR, and then just count on the opposing DBs being mediocre. Or the DBs blowing their assignments, busted coverage, ect. I think that makes it even harder to figure out some of the middle of the pack WRs.

Yeah Washington is a man's man. He looks like he's already been through an NFL strength and conditioning program. He's tall but powerful and rugged. Hes ready to get out there and mix it up and not be over powered and roughed up.

totally agree but is it not concerning that he was such a man amongst boys in college and had a very underwhelming college career production wise?

it's not like Georgia didn't score points either. Washington was the second best TE on their team by a mile

I'd much rather have someone like will mallory or even Luke Musgrave

It is really hard to gauge this because we don't even know precisely what the needs are.  Depending on scheme, every team needs players with various skill sets.    I am wondering, "Do we want a 245 lb edge or a 270 lb edge?  What are we looking for in a CB or do we feel set there?  Do we really want a G or a T?  What about NT?  DE?

Since we have not seen the system in action, we are just trying to figure what this coach did last year and what that coach did etc.

The left side of Ikem and Torrence is BEEFY.

I do see Brady Christensen as the weak link on the OL---but if he were a backup Swing T, he would be a strength.

However, do not rule out the G from Alabama in the third or early fourth--Ekiyor-he is only 6'2"---was that by design?

Jalen Carter and the like tossed those guys around like rag dolls.  We need a boulder in there that can hold the line
