Branch and Sanders are definitely the top of the board. If they came off I start thinking real hard about a TE.

Porter, Smith, and Ringo are all potential starter talents at CB but I’d prefer to move down a bit before taking one.

This is setting up nicely for a trade back.  If you expand this list, I see 12-13 players I would gladly take in the second round. That probably means 3-4 would be there if we moved back to 50 or so. 

I would caution Scott Fitterer that after the second round, you are probably going for people who will struggle to make the roster--so the pool gets very shallow very quickly.

Darnell Washington, Sam LaPorta, Joey Porter, Luke Musgrave, a lot of good interior offensive linemen, athletic DE/LB so Keion White or Trenton Simpson.

I’m starting to lean to go Torrence if he’s there. The Eagles just turned their D-Line into an absolute wrecking ball for the next three years. If we’re that confident we’re going to the playoffs then we need excellent guards who can hold up against Philly’s D-line or else we’ve wasted the defense we’ve built.

Drew Sanders LB Arkansas  My emotional favorite.  Can play all 3-4 LB positions with high levels of success.

Damn, we are on the same page.

I'm assuming the Steelers, where his dad played and coached, will snap up Porter.

I thought Mayer would go in the 1st. I definitely get Greg vibes from him; not the fastest or most athletic, but the dude is always open! Plus he's a damned solid blocker, which a lot of TE aren't these days.

With 90% of us already knowing that Bryce was our QB for the last few weeks, the draft essentially starts today for us. A lot of talent left on the board.

Think I’d rather go with Avila tbh. Torrence showed up at 330 at the combine but is said to play at around 350. That’s a bit too big for me. Avila plays center too. But I say that without really watching Torrence.

I really like Keion White.  6’5 285 with great traits for a 3/4 DE.
