I'm hoping we have an coaching staff who knows more about offense than "they are the guys on the field when the defense is resting."  When Cam was here our staff in general didn't know much more than that, and our offensive staff was lazy.

If we had a time machine and we could send THIS coaching staff to Cam and have kept Smitty and perhaps GH(I know), we'd already have that trophy, not just 15-1, then nothing.

That's why AR seems like a second chance from the football gods.

Apparently the front office feels that way but guys want who THEY want.
