*apparently false scores leaked* STROUD SCORES 18% ON S2 TEST (or maybe not)

Wait, we’re just accepting this is true with no questions whatsoever despite contradicting multiple reports from the past couple months?  If it’s true, then that’s a negative mark but hardly a death knell.

If it genuinely comes from Bob McGinn, I'd say it's true.

We'll see if there are any responses to it, of course.

The main Twitter source is nobody I've heard of but the guy he's floating (Bob McGinn) is a very legit source.

the one seen quoting it (John Crumpler) is also valid.

If it leaks from more then one person I would probably give it a bit more credence to the report but its on some rando article for now

The guy can play good football and that test does not prove anything. If he don't get drafted till later rounds that is a failure other teams have to deal with missing out on a proven player they could have had and passed over.

The score does line up a little with the film and what some of the PFF guys really have been hammering about him under pressure.
Pressure situations=needs faster reaction and read times.  Which the scores evaluate.  And that’s something Stroud was pretty bad at.

I wouldn’t take him off the board as a top 10 team at all.  Because he has a bunch of other good traits to be a franchise guy.

Hmmm... Guess if the film lines up with the score. So your saying had he scored a 95 he would have thrown for 23, 654 with 98 tds. Seems legit if so.

The one thing I would say is that Bob McGinn isn't typically someone I would expect to leak information like this.

And yeah, it is a test. Not the same as live football...

No

Just that he didn’t handle pressure well. And when needed to react fast.  This is what that test shows.

When he had a clean pocket.  He was fantastic.  But this really has nothing to do with that.

The main twitter guy just writes for fantasy football, but he was summarizing a Bob McGinn article thats behind a paywall.

    • Watching Rams/Eagles. Celebrating the St Louis Rams team that won the SB (Warner, Holt, etc..) while playing in Los Angeles seems wrong.  If I were in Los Angeles, no way I would attend a Rams game.  Probably wouldn't attend a Chargers game either.  Becoming a fan of a team that likes to move around just seems like a waste of energy as a fan.
    • The only responses I am getting after providing statistics to put opinions in perspective seem to be from people who get angry and attack stats and people whose opinions differ from their own.  Have people on the Huddle ever overreacted, exaggerated, been wrong about players before?  Sure they have, so an alternative opinion with statistical support should not cause you to attack me or my views.  I am sorry your public schools failed you.  But your reactions are very revealing--you are stuck in Piaget's concrete operational stage--learn logic, how to debate a topic, and learn the difference between facts and emotional opinions.  When I paralleled Cam's stats with Jones' to point out how remarkably similar their careers have been to this point, It blew some 40 watt minds.  I think Jones, in a better situation, could be good--that should not upset you--
