The Real Reason Bryce Being the Pick Scares Me - He'll be the Marvin Lewis of QB's

Scares me too. Look at all the Dolphins did to actually draft Tua, a bigger player, a better career at Alabama and the scare they got last season. He considered retiring. Bryce isn't as good as Tua, lighter and a very risky #1 if your talking long term instead of a flash in the pan and hoping for another #1. Not his fault but too big of a risk for an outcome that is very likely...

lol…troll gets butthurt when being called out for trolling.

you could just stop posting the same size joke over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. we get it.

if you want to act like an annoying troll, don’t be surprised when you get push back.

You quote me, expecting me to stop making short jokes at Bryce's expense. Yet, I keep making short jokes at Bryce's expense. Kinda shows you how much weight you carry. lol

Bryce is so short, he has to look up to see bottom. Bada Ching

Most guys on this board remember being 5'10. But for most of us that was 8th grade.

Here's a thought. Stop quoting me. Every time you do, I get one more shot at a short joke.

Trolls are vertically impaired. Are you sure you didn't inadvertently post a Bryce pic?

You keep quoting me. And I'll keep throwing out short QB jokes. Or...now here's a thought. If you are upset with my short QB jokes. Maybe quit quoting me?

We can end this in short order. It's all down to you. lol

    • I'm not saying he should be working in the NFL. He did deserve some criticism as DC there. But Kyle Shanahan certainly did use him as a convenient scapegoat. Now there is no one left to throw under the bus. Anyways he could find his way back to the league in some capacity who knows. But he's old school and in the NFL you either adjust or you get left behind. All the same no hard feelings toward him he's a good guy.
    • he has barely suited up for 50% of our games.  It matters pending how much of our cap and resources go that way.  If he cost in the ballpark of a Surtain? No thank you.  Let someone else  And as far we know what happens when we let talent walk away or trade them…..that’s a mixed bag.   should we of paid Norman, Bradberry at CB? They probably had earned the right to be called better than Horn at that moment of the decision.  Do we regret that? Do we regret Star walking? Can take it back to Spoon.  Flip side is probably Peppers.
    • We need to get better in the redzone. And yes that is an issue that involves all the moving parts. Oline receivers QB and playcalling. But Bryce himself has to lead the charge on that or surely we could face another blowout in one of these upcoming games. Every team no matter how good they are is going to face an opponent that imposes their will on them and requires the same in response. Those are the games where we have got to capitalize on drives. Honestly I get the sense that the Chiefs on some level overlooked us.  So while I am pleased we were as competitive as we were it certainly remains to be seen if this was the beginning for something new or just an anomaly. I think that's a perfectly fair take at this juncture.
