I find that to be the problem when Rod morning skates the boys these. When we don’t we open up a little better even if it’s the same scheme. The issue tonight was the rags went forecheck instead of playing defensive like they did at home once they got the lead. And it being the third period we didn’t adjust. That’s when we miss svech. Gotta have a bully to make them think about that.

Plus awful officiating again. Drury took a head shot and instead of blowing the play dead the ref helped him off the ice according to Tripp, like what the fug. We were forechecking but the puck was control by the rangers and came out of the zone real quick.

Yes sir. Our defensemen are an impressive bunch.  All 6 of them make plays like that.

We get 2 out of 3 game sat Sunday and Tuesday that should set us up to win the division with our remaining schedule. Any combination of 4 points out of 6 is what we want.

Going in I figured 1 of 2 with rags and 3 of 5 from rags to TB would be playoff quality hockey with these top teams. Won’t be easy for sure.

2 of 4 from NY is a win in my opinion. 1 or 2 points of the possible 4 available Saturday & Sunday and a win against TB will be a very successful 5-game stretch.
