I can't give you chapter and verse but I do remember his 2021 injury was hamstring while he was running the ball. Had nothing to do with size and being hit. Anyone else remember CMC being "knocked out" of a game?

It didn’t happen…we were losing and there was no reason to play him.  We would not be in this position if he played late meaningless games

Im on record saying Bryce is the best QB in this draft.

His size is the only reason im worried. If this dude was a legit 6'3 he is probably considered a generational prospect. He has that kind of talent. Look at what he did with that weak cast of WR's at Alabama. The dude just knows how to play QB.

Size is my only concern.

Your opinion is pretty much the consensus.  I can’t pass on him personally

I hope we get CJ. I like his accuracy and throwing motion. He has great footwork and really squares up to throw a great catchable ball. Almost all the videos I see have him throwing dimes and in stride with his receivers, Bryce looks good as well but some of his are slightly under thrown and footwork will need some help. Stroud would be my pick. He just throws a great ball to me.

The conversation was about size and not about competition and records.

You can't talk to these dudes they can't see past Bryce's entire manhood in their mouth at all times. If you aren't comparing him to the current best or hall of famers you don't know what you're talking about. Yet the other top QB under consideration for the first pick is basically destined to be mediocre at best because they know so.

you're comparing their size, not their skillset, competition, or success.

like the important stuff you know?

what does skillset, competition or success have to do with getting injured and wasting all those picks because the QB isnt durable because he is small.

He might be. The real deal wins the ACC. That conference was weak and he did struggle towards the end of the season.

I would have liked to see him transfer to Alabama and see what he looks like vs a real defense.

My guess is you didn't watch any UNC games. I watched every one. Without him, they would have been 3-9. The games they won, he virtually won singlehandedly. Their defense was the single worst defense I have seen in my 60 years of watching football.

So…lets take AR because he is bigger, stronger, faster.  Forget playing the position.

    • I agree with you he is clear cut #1 CB and it isn’t particularly close. And I really like Johnson as well. WR I don’t think he is the best right now but most likely has the highest ceiling. His body control and athleticism is generationally elite. He cannot run routes tho lol he’s out there playing backyard. That can be taught, but I think he ends up a full time CB in the NFL
    • He is overwhelmingly the best prospect in this draft. There is zero question at all about this.  To suggest otherwise is being purposely ignorant.
    • If we had reporters covering this team who were worth their weight in salt, we'd know.  This is an lingering injury from 2021 that he re-aggravated week 9--He claimed to need surgery on December 12.  David Newton and Joe Person should be all over this until they have a response--which should take one phone call
