He likely would have been out of the league in 2020 if Rhule hadn't signed him here.

Hell, he was on the verge of being released last offseason before Donald got hurt. Then Mayfield got hurt and he made the most of his opportunity.

Even with that though, the chances of him sticking around post-Rhule were always slim.

The Bears want a certain type of backup with athletic abilities to suit their offense incase Fields gets hurt, They dont want 2 playbooks for 2 different QBs.

Its not like PJ is about to be their starter, he still sucks.

      I feel like all the guys i think they're going to take will be gone. Graham and walker plus Carter who has no chance. If that's the case I really hope someone wants to jump the saints and we can trade back. I would want Green if he didn't have the accusations

      I think with walker you have a pretty stable and decent floor.   With some of the others the floor is lower but yeah the ceiling is the roof.   We just cant risk that as a franchise at this point
