The BCS Bowl Thread....

Never said that. I'm just upset they put TCU and Boise State against each other. It's a lose-lose for those two teams. That's my problem, not the title game, which is fine with me.

And for the record, I think these two teams can beat those teams. They can definitely hang with them throughout the game. But we'll never know since they won't play

I know you never said that, I was saying people in general. I agree it is a lose-lose for them. I just do not see Boise State for example even competing with Bama, look at the difference in the line size. Just looking at the size of the players on the roster you would think Boise State was a high school team going up against a college team.

Problem is nobody wants to play those teams. I saw an article on ESPN on Boise State's offer to play anyone at their house and nobody took them up on their offer. If I can find the article, I'll post it. That's the main reason why TCU, Boise St., and Cincy can't play anybody, nobody wants to schedule them

Winner! Took forever for the big SEC teams to schedule Big East teams.

I think any team that goes undefeated deserves a shot and the MNC. But I also think any team that comes out of the Big12 or SEC deserves it more than any team that comes from any other conference. If you're in the Pac-10 or Big 10, suck it up, add another team and have a real conference CG. If not, deal with it. And if you're in a smaller conference, sorry, but this is the deal that's in place. Without a playoff, this is how your season will end until there's a change.

Oh, and Bama is going to sodomize Texas.

That's 3-5 (or more) years out though...who knows if any of them will be any good then (same can be said for whoever they schedule).

TCU and Boise ST. got screwed, the BCS could have done everyone a favor and at least given Ga.Tech and Iowa the chance to prove that the 'Little' conf. schools don't deserve shots at the "BIG" dogs, maybe one day this BSc will get it right and even if there is no playoffs will seed somewhat like the NCAA tourney does

TCU, Cincy & Boise don't play anybody. If they want to have a chance at a National Title Game then maybe they should schedule a 1/2 decent team.

What hurt Cincinnati more than anything was that Illinois sucked so bad this year. That should of been another marquee OOC game along with Oregon State.

The SEC doesn't need to schedule many if any out of conference "big shots".

Their conference is so tough anyway they don't need extra games to prove themselves.

The way it is now, the SEC winner is practically a lock for a spot in the title game, and that probably won't change any time soon. It's the best conference anyway.

I think that Boise vs TCU is actually fitting and pretty hilarious.
