Fitterer has repeatedly said Bozeman was important to bring back. So if they let him get away, that's a really bad look

It depends on how much money he wants.  He was good at run blocking but average at best at pass blocking.  He isn't worth breaking the bank over IMO.

Maybe it is the money he wants or maybe it is they feel they have another option? Maybe he doesn’t want to play with a rookie, wants to win? Maybe wants to see where Jackson goes. It would be nice to get some clarity though.

Look at the date, one year ago. They built a house in Nashville last year.  Does that give the Titans a leg up? Maybe.  But I'm sure they didn't want to live in B-more full time and wanted a permanent place.

Sources have expressed Panthers would like Boze to return. 
 

Sources have mentioned Boze would like to stay. 
 

The Bozemans appear to have a home in Nashville. 
 

Tennessee released their starting center.

Fitterer has said we can’t resign everyone. 

Despite having plenty of time to get a deal done prior to FA, there is no deal in place.

Players say it, and sure, it might be a small factor, but I don't think it really affects their final decisions all that much.

The way being paid in the NFL works, you're taxed based on where the game is played.  So even if you live in a state with no income tax, that only helps you for half of your contract.  

So let's say you sign with Miami, great, you get half of your salary with no state income tax.  But it also means you play two games a year in New York/NJ against the Bills and Jets, high tax rates there.  They also play in California this upcoming season as well, there's a 3rd state with a high tax rate that you're paying this year too.

So in the end, I'm just not sure how much of a factor it really plays for these guys
