Can someone smarter than and as someone who likes to be spoiled please explain how the panthers have announced the pick in a roundabout way?

They haven’t. It’s OP’s best guess. 
 

The evidence for it…

Trade up right after combine in which Young didn’t throw, but Stroud did. 
 

QB Coach comparing Stroud to Burrow in a complimentary breakdown video. 
 

It was reported that Reich likes Stroud and Tepper likes Young, but that was speculation and Shefter walked it back after someone in the Panthers organization told him we like ALL the QBs. lol

 

But McCown was also extremely complimentary of Young. “PG on grass”  comment from McCown and our new OC says he looks for a PG on grass in QBs.
