I would say yes if we can sign DeAngelo to an extension.

Nothing against Stewart, but I think Campbell could make a bigger impact for us than Stewart could.

All our QB has to do is to:

a) Throw a slant

Throw an occasional out

c) Make people pay for single covering smith..(ie..throw the ball downfield).

d) Not turn the ball over.

Don't need a pro-bowler to do this. Matter of fact being able to do this gets you paid and a pro bowl berth (see Jake Delhomme before implosion).

I'd like anyone here who thinks Campbell is good, to explain to me how they can get past the fact that he holds onto the ball to long, doesn't throw to his open receivers ~ and is not a winner.

I've watched enough of Campbell in the NFL to know I don't want him leading our team.
