A BOLD STRATEGY

All that matters is a W and leading your team to that.

the trent dilfer school of quarterbacking

Unless you have record breaking stats, then you have an argument. And in this case, neither happened

ahh yes, it's either abject failure due to one play or a free pass due to record breaking performances

do you guys realize how low a RB's value is? if you have a good o-line you can plug any scrub with RB next to his name and he can have sucess. unless you have a truly special talent(Peterson, Williams, Johnson) then you can easily deal your RB without regrets. even a game manager type of QB like campbell has a sh*t ton more value than stewart. i mean look at us, we build a dominant o-line and we can plug in UDFAs like Bell and Thomas and have sucess.

the success of the saints running game has a lot more to do with the dominance of brees than anything else

if you think brees could go out and the saints could still line up and run effectively you're gay as hell

it's kind of a common panther fan mentality

you see years of watching Fox try to push a brittle marginally talented RB to be his running game staple and seeing him constantly hammertime side step behind the offensive line and lose 2 yards every other play have given them the illusion that good backs are very hard to come by.
