Why Didn’t We Tank

As as people enjoyed winning. Still gonna be a little bitter toward Wilks at how he hurt this team by winning. 
Should have made McAdoo interim then we would have tanked properly.

What were we gonna do? Promise Steve Wilks a job if he went along with doing something he was already suing the league over?

I've been hugely against trading up to #1 because of what I feared we'd have to give up.

This wasn't anywhere near that bad.

If we wanted to guarantee the tank we should have never fired Rhule. Sure the season would have been miserable, but we'd still have the 1st pick and probably 3 comps because the league felt sorry for the fans for not being OOU.

That’s probably true.  Trade CMC and keep Rhule.  

but ego of how foolish they were looking finally kicked in.  So I get it.

Eh we weren't going to change the players they wanted to win. But I will chuckle at the holier than thou fans who attacked anyone that said those meaningless wins were so important. We won some games with Sam Darnold. It cost us DJ Moore. Never again. Get him and PJ Walker tf out of the Carolinas.
