Not sure if this is bias or stereotyping but my experience is generally speaking, women have a better eye for detail than men.  I actually think there is psychological data/evidence supporting this regarding female and male attentiveness but ironically, I can’t remember all the details. 
 

That said, glad the young lady is breaking thru and starting a good career.

My son would likely agree. Pretty, smart and knows football, that's like a 12 out of 10.
