ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports "multiple teams believe" the Vikings have had trade talks centered around moving Dalvin Cook. 

That's an interesting phrasing of this rumor, as the Vikings wouldn't appear to have an obvious suitor for Cook. Cook's recent shoulder surgery reportedly is complicating the idea to straight-up release him, as some of his salary in 2023 is guaranteed for injury. Fowler also reports the Vikings want to re-sign Alexander Mattison as he is "poised for a starter's role somewhere."
