I don't think it's a collusion thing either, but really what does that matter? If 31 owners came out and said, "hey we all agree and we aren't doing fully guaranteed contracts for QBs now or ever," as far as I know, they wouldn't be breaking any laws, it's not a discrimination issue against anyone, the NFLPA wouldn't be happy about it, but other than arrange a strike, they can't do poo about it. This wouldn't be the same as two companies colluding to inflate prices of commodities, as I do not think each team is looked as an individual entity, it all falls under the NFL.

Idk, I get players wouldn't like it, but I don't see a problem with "collusion" in this case or a reason to hide it, other than PR.

Along with collecting a great group of QB gurus, panthers also got one hell of WR. Hes going to earn his pay this year.

What about Denzel Mims? he should come very cheap and still on a rookie deal. I feel these are the type of moves the panthers need to make.

true, but his current price should be in future 7th range. Panthers dont have enough space to sign some good-great WRs. This is just a small risk high reward type of try.

Mims lit up the combine and had a foot injury too.

Panthers need 2-3 legit WRs. 

His current cost would be around 2mill too. 

He wants to be traded too.

I would not do ANYTHING until Boze is signed.........there is a time-line where Elf remains on the team.....kill me.
