Sounds like over the past few weeks we have been changing tactics. Lattanzo didn’t share specifically and did say we were full switched over yet…. However , I have to assume it’s us no longer playing out of the back line and playing big balls to setup wing play and forward play.

I like.

Same. That was some weird poo. Why even sub him on in the first place?

I think if Jan didnt pick up that yellow as early as he did he probably wouldn't have come in, but the game was getting pretty chippy at that point and we're not in a position to lose more defenders to a potential red card.

while we had a pretty short bench in ATL and did fine, sounds like we will still have health issues tomorrow.

Jozwiak, Gaines, Bender, Marks, Corujo listed as out, Vargas is questionable.

Sounds like we get good news on the back end though as Tuiloma, Malanda & Mora have no more injury designation.

Hope we can keep things going against Chicago and Nashville

- Awesome finishing from Cambridge. There will be calls to start him but I think he and Lindsey's skillsets compliment each other well and should give Lattanzio lineup versatility

- GREAT game from Malanda. Anchoring that back line. Best single defensive performance I've seen from anyone on the team.

- One of Swiderski's worst matches. Choked a lot of opportunities and just seemed a step slow to everything.

-Lattanzio really got it together right when things were looking bleak. I think the veteran leadership of Westwood and Meram plays a large part of that. They're playing like a real team now instead of looking lost out there.

I really like that we are playing a high line. It can lead to easy through balls as it did last night resulting in Chicago’s lone goal but for the most part it really allows us to hem in our opponents in their own end. Through the first 25 minutes of last nights game the possession was 80-20 in favor of The Crown because when we gave up possession we were winning the ball back so far up the field that it was just constant pressure on Chicago.

Westwood, Jones, and Bronico deserve a lot of credit because they’ve been winning the midfield battles.

    • What I really learned here is that the Carolina Panthers aren't anywhere near as bad as I initially thought they were earlier this year.  We've got a young and growing offense with some promising parts. But it still needs some tweaks and improvements.  We really still could still use a dominant #1 WR. But Chubba,  Legette, Coker,  and J.Sanders have generally looked decent. Bryce took a big leap after the benching. We can score enough points to keep pace with 2x defending super bowl champions, so offense isn't a huge issue. Main thing that needs improvement is defense. We sorely need a CB 2, and a number of new players at Dline and LB.  We're not quite as bad at edge with Wonnum showing promise.  But we definitely need 1 or 2 more edges Clowney is old.  Run D is probably worse prevailing theme these past couple years. We really need a good young stud or two to pair with Derrick Brown and another LB to pair up with Trevin Wallace. If Morgan and Canales can focus on rebuilding the defense this off-season and possibly going out and getting a #1 WR. This team could easily be somewhere around 7-10 to 10-7 and flirting with playoffs in 1 or 2 seasons. Overall this game has made me feel alot more positive about the direction of the team.
    • With our picks we need pass rush, lb, Safety, a speedster yac wr, o line depth and I still want a mid round qb. We got 9 picks and 8 in the first 5 rounds. If they pull Off another solid draft we be cooking.
    • We had one passing touchdown against the Giants and one passing touchdown against the Chiefs today. Yes a good backup can replicate that. And that is why Andy Dalton in significantly less games has the same number of 30 point outings as Bryce Young. I am on board with you guys about wanting to be hopeful for the future. Today was a good performance to build on especially at home. But let's please keep things in perspective. BTW the Bucs who honestly aren't even that good blew the doors off the Giants today after we went to overtime against them with 17 points. Again. Perspective.
