Marshall looked terrible today. He's looked pretty bad the whole year. We should get another starting CB in the offseason and put Marshall back as #3.

our coaches are dumb, they don't put the #1 cb on the #1 wr. they like to be different from the 31 other teams in the NFL.

Only 30 teams, 'cause Morris had Ronde chasing Moose all day while the rookie and a few other guys were covering Steve Smith. It's pretty common to see the #1 cover guy locked up on a #2 receiver, with the logic being that the coverman will dominate the #2, freeing up another defender to constantly double the #1 receiver.

Honestly, I thought Bryant's day was more a product of some great passes by Freeman than poor coverage by Marshall. Plus, at least one of those catches was against the Cover 2, which leaves a big hole right where that flag route goes... same thing the Saints did a few weeks back with Colston and Meachem. I was also of the opinion that both of Bryant's catches that were reviewed should have been incomplete due to a moving ball - the same reason Steve's TD alst week was ruled incomplete. Bad calls.
