I don't know why so many people knock an RPO. Not everyone can pull it off, but for teams that are built to do it and know how it's damn near impossible to stop.

Whatever offense fits your personnel, do it.

I've always felt like good coaches can field a great team when given ideal personnel for their systems but great coaches can tailor their systems to fit their personnel.
