Again, whether it was catchable or not is irrelevant for defensive holding and always has been.  The flag was long since thrown by the time the pass was launched.

Weak call, perhaps.  But whether it was catchable or not does not matter.

I shut that poo off after the penalty. You just can't make that call at that point in the game. Bad look for the league.

Not how a holding call works. Very big difference. They called it a hold so it did not matter if the ball was thrown elsewhere even after the hold occured.

Uncatchable doesn't matter with holding.

They didn’t call that the entire game until then. Inconsistent bullshit. Refs should not dictate the outcome that directly.

This whole idea that you shouldn't call the penalty there is the problem.

If this is a penalty week 1 in the 1st quarter, it should be a penalty in the superbowl on the last drive.

This notion that the game is too big for the rules to be enforced is insane. You guys want refs to be perfect, but then want them to not call poo just because its an important game and the call is "weak" is trash.

Call the games the same, fug out of here.
