At the minimum, Reich has established enough respect around the league to pull in a great staff on paper. Whether it will lead to tangible results remains to be seen. The one major risk on bringing in a wealth of experience is an aversion to new ideas so additional staff who are more up and comers who may have little to no connection with Reich would be ideal.

Tepper isn't hiring this staff, Reich is.  Also Wilks didn't want to coach here as an assistant as he took a job already with the Niners.  Move on and keep up fool!
