Honestly, hate to say it, but not one receiver on the roster plays with that vintage smitty toughness.

That man played like the house was on fire.

I met Dom Capers in 1996 or so at one of the OTAs in Rock Hill at the time.  He was tremendous.  Comes from Ohio a town near where my wife grew up, so he was interested in talking about that for some reason.  Ever since then, I have been a fan of his.

McCown is interesting and enticing - he’s always been a player coach and is very intelligent.  He could very well be someone we groom to take over for Reich if he decided to retire in 5 years or so.
