This is basically what Rhule was saying ( get 1% better everyday, we will compete compete compete ) but it's all about actually being able to realize it. 

It's coachspeak, all coaches say the same thing in different ways. Its about the execution though.

Yeah I don't know what I was expecting.....maybe I was hoping for something a little different. Not that I'm not excited about the hire.

Im sure every coach will say the same thing but with a little sprinkle of personality. Take Coach Campbell for instance.... lets not forget his glorious intro speech. Also, Sirianni's was really fuging weird as well.

Not that it's a huge standard, but it's pretty easy to tell he knows more about football than Rhule ever did

I wanna thank that dude for his two questions on offense & lessons learned.  That got a good response.

Balanced Offense that can run & get chunk plays.  Can have the long drives but get big plays quickly when needed.  And his confidence in getting a passing game going was reassuring.  He knows what he's doing with the passing game.

Dude gets it. You have to be able to run the ball EFFICIENTLY as well as pass. 

You don't have to be the highest rushing team, just be good at doing it when you choose to. 

The statement "We can run the ball already and we'll get the passing game right" was great. very decisive.
