We are at opposite ends on this.

So just for S&G, lets say tepper hires one of the local HC coaches to be panthers HC. Annnd add in hes winless in the last three years, average game are 6-52 losses. Youd be A-OK with it??

Results to date are 1-7, including giving up the biggest comeback in NFL history.

A full season would be  a more  accurate picture.Just as it would be for Wilkes.Winning just one game isnt reserved for the inexperienced.
