sounds like gauranteed money even if McDaniel and co get canned. Just bc you have a lot of it doesnt mean you spend it. Tepper probably didnt see the deal that Miami was giving him as something he wanted to commit to. Ross might be paying for 3 different coaches come 2025-2026.

Will Reich be calling plays and have an OC in title only?  I could see where taking an OC job where the HC is the actual play caller would be less than appealing.
