He chose to be very vocal on both when ultimately teams have no idea what the other party is thinking. Denver felt good about Ryans and Allbright made it seem like it was done but now Houston is emerging.

Don't know. There was some internal pushing for Shaw. If they don't get Ryans, maybe that's their fallback.

I've heard that Shaw was the favorite in Denver for a while. Also thought Houston would go with Gannon or Ryan's and Arizona would go Ryan's if Houston went With Gannon

It's either that or Wilson is calling the shots and being his usual self. Either way it has something to do with Wilson and that contract.

I think this is more because Ryans played most of his career in Houston. It would be like Kuechly being a hot candidate and choosing us over Denver. 

That's not to say that the Broncos current situation is a dumpster fire, but I don't think that's the case with Ryans.
