Give any coach in the league Sam Darnold and that's what you will get.

The Wilks slander has to stop!

No coach alive is making us a contender with Sam Darnold as our QB and DJ Moore the only threat on offense. Just stop with the nonsense.

Give Wilks a better QB and we make the playoffs point blank.

Nah, I plan to slander him and mock his supporters continuously during the season while I am drinking my “I Told You So” Tea.

He’s so good, we had to lock him up before other teams beat the door down to interview him.

Such a joke we interviewed 115 people and this dude is one of the finalists. Such a Panthers move.

It does remind me of every "global/international" search for big roles here in Australia...only for them to appoint the person who's acting in the role, or the person just down the hall, or from the UK (because we know who really runs this place).

I cannt imagine how you do this...... You either got the willpower of a god, great therapist, or youre about to exploded with stress.....

godspeed brother.....

As a fellow tenured engineer yes, all of the above. There is a point at which you get tired of teaching some else how to do their job. There's a point where you tell yourself that these young, know-it-all, wet behind the ears, fresh out of college, twits are going to have to learn the hard way just like you did. Luckily for me my staff has already gone through their growing pains and are running on autopilot. My stress is now solely from clients.

This is why we have a joke of a fanbase.

People actively rooting for the team to fail because they hate the coach we hired.

I didn't like the Rhule hire but I didn't want to see him fail.

Man times have changed.lol

Not at all honestly. Ron Rivera got a ton of hate here this is nothing. Way more people support Wilks right now than they did Ron by the end.

Im semi-retired construction. Building homes has become a look for gray hair, deal...... Plumbers, electricians, and carpenters Ive rarely seen a 20 year old thats not in the apprentice stage......40 is young. I had a 27 year old on my old crew, he was only there cause his father was the crew chief......both were great and I didnt have to check-up on them much than normal. Just learned the hard way about trusting work to be done....

Robots must save the future....

NO NOT GET ME STARTED ON ENGINEERS. I would take 1 gray hair engineer over 20 young fresh ones. No clue at problem solving, but the first edition blue prints look great and everyone wants the new "smart" guy who interviewed great....

there’s a difference between a build project where you need consistency and reliability vs a competition, where you need constant growth and ingenuity.

we lost our first super bowl because the opposing defense had video of our plays and knew what we were going to run. we lost our second super bowl because the offense ran the same plays all year and the defense knew what we were going to do.

a competition need new ideas, change, and flexibility. being able to perform the same task over and over again with high reliability  is great when building something, but in a competition will lead to the defense jumping all over you.

This is just one of the first results from my search but Doug Marrone and Mike Mularkey are the two most recent to make the jump from interim to permanent on a long term basis. Marrone went 24-43 and Mularkey went 36-53. That doesn't bode well for the pro Wilks folks to say the least.

This would be true if success were determined by probability and the few who proceeded him.  But Wilkes is his own story and in many eyes has shown more than enough to be coach. That isn't a singular feeling but a common feeling.  But Tepper is going to have his way and doesn't seem to care what fans or players think. So he gets what he deserves. Unfortunately we fans and PSL owners don't deserve what we have gotten so far.

We haven't been in the playoffs in going on 6 years my guy. The bandwagon fans are long gone mostly.
