If Payton is out because of off-field concerns from the Panthers front office (current rumor) probably a fact as well. 

 

Then you might get a hire today from Reich or Wilks. (I'd bet on Wilks if it's down to those two, which seems a possibility right now)

Reich could be for us what Doug Pederson has been for Jacksonville. All we’d need is a young talented QB.

Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a second as well, especially with Payton likely being out and his interview being good. 

I think it's pretty much down to the grouping of experienced HC's.
