NFL owners ending revenue sharing effective in March

Yup.

With out a cap, we're going to see the resurgence of the "purchased" teams like the 90's Cowboys, the 80's 49er's. Teams like Seattle, New Orleans and Buffalo will be always be at the bottom of the league.

The Panthers MIGHT benefit from this intially, as really the only other team with money to burn in our division is Atlanta. But if Jerry Richardson passes on, there will be a lot less money being pumped into the club (hopefully this won't happen, but given his age and health, it could). At that point, we would be hard pressed to have a decent team, or even be able to keep a club here.

This is definitely not good.

They had to do something. The Bengals were competitive again.
