Kahlina Undergoes Successful Back Surgery, Reyna On His Way Out

A couple of tidbits dropped today.

Kahlina has undergone successful back surgery. No idea how long this will keep him out but more importantly, it will be interesting to see if Lattanzio goes with Marks or Sisniega.

Lattanzio also mentioned that Reyna is not expected to be a part of the team this year and that he sees Adam Armour as more of an attacking player.

Lattanzio also mentioned that the team has four wingers and that he sees Armour more as an attacking player; so that would be Jozwiak, Shinyashiki, Gaines, Vargas, and then Armour is an option as a fifth winger.

Wish Reyna would stay but it's definitely just a numbers game now.  I believe he's better than Vargas and definitely better than Armour on the attacking side.  But his defense liability, also Vargas and Armour being 8 years younger, makes him the odd man out.

A definite good spark plug coming off the bench.

Yes, it is a shame but Reyna would seem to be the odd man out.

Reyna was trash most of the year.  I won't miss him

Nah. His passing and crossing was among the best on the team. He didn't scored a bunch but set up others.

Facts, some of his crosses were insane how accurate they were.  If you look at highlights from the past season, almost all the goals that were from crosses, were from Reyna.
