What if Stroud doesn’t declare for draft…

I was told by OSU fans on two pages that the QBs who are projected to go high at OSU declare on the final day. I didn’t bother trying to look up when Fields declared.

Ok, QBs projected to go high...that makes more sense.  Anyway, since then, Stroud officially announced as you are well aware.
