Johnson or Steichen.

I prefer Shane Steichen to Ben Johnson simply for the fact that Steichen's resume is better in terms of QB development.

Certainly coaching Jared Goff to the numbers he put up this year is impressive, but in my view helping to develop both Justin Herbert and Jalen Hurts is more impressive.

Surprised only 1 vote for Kafka…he had the Giants offense cooking yesterday. Him, Daboll and company have completely turned around Charlotte’s own and close to bust Danny Dimes and he worked with Mahomes in KC for a few years.

 

Seems like he could be a solid hire. I’d put him up there close to Johnson and Steichen as those up-and-coming offensive-minded coaches.

They have too interview Kafka on general principle just to get his take.  His credentials are impeccable
