Able to get up and walk around and was able to be transferred to a hospital in Buffalo.  That's fantastic freaking news.

Unfortunately, I’ve spent a lot of time in hospitals this past year or two, and one thing I can say is the medical system is amazing at keeping people alive as long as they can get to them in time. Those paramedics on the field did the hard work and it was very fortunate they were right there to start treatment. I had a good feeling that when they said they were giving him oxygen and taking him to the hospital that they were going to be able to keep him alive. He’s young, strong, and just had something terrible happened to him.

He got discharged from Buffalo General and is now home as of this morning.
