It's why he is meeting with David Tepper and not Nicole which is who the other coaches have met with according to rumors.

Payton has been linked to Tepper since training camp. Remember people asking Rhule about it?

Tepper said he wouldn't give a head coach full control again, and that's the right call. Is he stupid enough to go back on that?

We should trade for Payton, convince Bruce Arians to be his OC, and pay a stupid amount of money to get Dan Quinn to ignore HC offers and be the DC.
