Everything coming out of Houston right now seems to indicate that Caserio will keep his job.

How in the hell are the Texans hanging onto Caserio? From the outside looking in he seems to be the root source of the vast majority of their dysfunction and trainwreckery. This may come to light in their HC search. "Oh, you're keeping that guy? Okay, thanks but no thanks then. Best of luck y'all."

I think Belichick believes he could take a bunch of high schoolers and coach them to the Super Bowl with no assistants.

Part of me has wondered if he was keeping the OC seat vacant for McDaniels' demise in Oakland.  They seem to have some chemistry that works, and McDaniels is simply not a HC.  The Raiders reportedly can't afford to fire him and pay another HC, but the same problems that doomed his stint in Denver are happening in Vegas.
