Speculation is they want to bring Demeco Ryans back to the fold.

However, at least one source has said that Ryans isn't willing to interview with them.

I wouldn’t either. Houston is a train wreck and the optics of both coaches being black and one and done, with literally a bunch of grocery store baggers and gas station attendants playing football, looks bad.

McVay is under contract until 2026. I wonder if someone will offer the farm to get his services next year? Someone will have to give up a ton of draft capital. The Rams need all the help they can get, especially if Donald hangs it up.
