Caldwell would be an atrocious hire. Reich not much better. Both recycled, average at best, head coaches. Very uninspiring, unexciting, light weight hires. Hires that say 8-9 is good enough.

Some of you look to complain about anything. What’s wrong with talking to multiple people? This report isn’t saying they will be hired tonight. I like to see them actually talking to people to get multiple looks.

they are not only forced to interview black candidates but go through the interview process in general. these guys seem generally pretty weak though which seems like a win for Wilks

They have to interview other candidates including 2 minorities.  I think this is smart.  Even if these are not your guys, you learn something by interviewing.  And, as we all know, Tepper needs the practice.
