Rod is going to have to improve other areas of the team instead of sticking with 5 v 5 skills if he wants to win a cup. Im tired of seeing the same mistakes over and over.

I agree our power play improving would help, but this team will be in the penalty box as will most teams during the season and playoffs.  Let's don't forget during the playoffs that the Canes have to play against their opponent and the refs.

It still takes a solid goalie who will make a couple of saves that an average/good goalie won't.  Those saves that change the outcome of the game.

Our goalie situation is a big issue and IMO is the one thing we can't overcome if we want to win a Cup.  I don't even know if we can address the issue.  There's always a chance one of them goes on a heater, so who knows.
