The Hornets are having a hard time with the Spurs.

The good thing is the Hornets are in full tank mode and playing several of the young guys. Would love to see Kai Jones get some burn, but that isn't happening. At least, not yet at any rate.

No defense is being played in this one. Hornets up 3 at the half, 60-57..

This kid from Alabama Brandon Miller looks like a young Paul George.

 

Wemby/Scoot/Miller are franchise changers. Get 1 of those guys with Lamelo and the future is bright.

With Mark and Nick coming along we can give up the dream of Kai at center, just play him behind PJ at the 4 instead of Thor. He drew the short straw with the Clifford hire because he's nothing like the traditional bigs dude loves.

Yeah. Kai might make a good 4 too. And it looks like Bouknight is out completely.

It's a two man draft, so 3rd or 4th just to make it hurt that much more.

I've never cared for all star weekend and I guess most others aren't interested in posting about it since no Hornets are in the game this year.

They hired Kenny Atkinson and he decided to stay with GSW instead like right before the draft. 

At this point they’re just trying to stay in the lotto. How that goes and what they do with Miles will determine the future of the team. Ask me again next year.
