If Harbaugh comes here, big time free agents will also want to come here. We could be competitive right away and possibly contenting for the NFC championship in two to three years. It is worth it.

The Athletic's Joe Person reports that Panthers owner David Tepper has talked with Michigan coach John Harbaugh about Carolina's head coach position.

Harbaugh has also been linked to the Broncos job and The Athletic had a piece Monday predicting that he would be open to taking an NFL job this offseason. Harbaugh almost got the Vikings job last offseason before they decided to go with Kevin O'Connell and the former 49ers coach had a lot of success in his first go-round as an NFL head coach. The smoke seems to be getting heavy that he'll fill one of the vacancies this offseason

Scott’s been a good GM. I’d like Harbaugh as HC though. 
 

There is such a thing as momentum and right place right time though. Can’t just assume Harbaugh would be an automatic W for us.

None...BUT, since we have apparent "affection" here for guys already on the roster you gotta wonder if he would be fine with being told he would have to work with either Darnold or Corral for next year if QB wasnt a priority. Could influence his decision to come here.
