They weren't on an island on one of them for sure and most likely on a second. Safety didn't get over the top like he was supposed to on cover 2 and another one was quarters and the safety was supposed to slide over to help over the top since nothing was going into his zone. 

 

I say probably because Brady thew the throw against quarters early which impacted the safety being able to recover
