also, somewhat concerned about CTE showing it’s ugly head in the next 15+ years but that’s the price you pay I guess, Texas football in the late 90s was no bueno

All of high school with college options before my knee folded the wrong direction next to last game of my senior year. Never healed right and that was the end of that.

High School for my high school in Mississippi. Mostly played corner, and played a little receiver. 

Moving down there, I learned football is like a religion.

OLB/SS/DE/TE all through HS and had some D2 and D3 interest, but had too many academic scholarships in the sciences for it to be worth riding the pine in hopes of playing in a couple of years. Called it a career and focused on school and other non-sports things in college.
