I'm happy with it.

Brown has a lot of potential and he will only get better with experience, he's already shown he can play on run downs and not be just pushed around like many smaller DE's can. The big thing for me is that he has a motor and doesn't quit until the whistle blows.

Martin was horribly unpopular to start with but I was more willing to wait and see with him, and while he has gone back to playing his college position instead of what we drafted him for, he has done very well in the short time he's been starting. The only bad thing is that this pick invalidates one from last year.

Irvin is way too early to tell, especially having been put on IR. We will have to wait and see.

Goodson will be better put to use by our next coach, I don't think Fox trusts him and that's a shame because he's a good candidate for a WR position...

Fiametta has a ways to go before he can replace Hoover, but that's not going to be easy considering Hoov is one of the best blocking fullbacks in the league.

Duke is going to replace Vincent eventually, it's just a matter of how motivated he is to take the position. I think after this year the next coaching staff will feel more comfortable with him but as of now he'll be a mystery until he sees some action.

Munnerlyn certainly turned out to be a surprise pick that I know a lot of SC fans on this board were pulling for. He has very good instincts and doesn't mind playing physical. The best part of his game is being able to go against much larger WR's and still make plays, considering he's gone up against some of the best already this year.

I think Brown has been having a pretty good rookie season. Wait until next season when he builds more muscle and more weight. I think he will be good for us for many years to come.

yeah i definitely think brown is having a solid rookie year and will be a really good DE for us for awhile.

its also nice to read that the guy puts in a lot of extra work and cares about getting better.
