This is a practice in what part of the off-season fits a certain need on the team.. 
Would you rather a position be filled by the Draft or FA..

in no certain order and JMO of needs..

QB, MLB ,WR, Pass rusher, TE, Oline depth, maybe CB with Djax injury, maybe RB..

QB draft 

MLB draft

WR draft 

TE draft

Oline depth draft

RB draft

Free agency

Pass Rusher, CB
