If I am not mistaken, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Foxboro all have similar systems.  They are probably not the only ones.

Tepper views the football team as an inelastic product. The team makes money good or bad.
 

The most important thing to Tepper is making money out of the stadium when it usually has been empty. The flexibility of having back to back events is great.

Depends on the sod. Some has a less dense root base so there is a little sponginess to it even when frozen. It's all about base prep for either. If I have 200 million invested in players annually,  I'm putting in proper drainage and heating the subsurface.
