Do it now! Everyone is still blaming the organization, which is fair but both sides can suck at their job -
It was there from his very first game. I distinctly remember being aghast at the lack of urgency in his play. You need someone assertive and being very strong willed in that assertion, and he has to attempt to control every aspect and then when you fail, that is when you rationalize the lack of control. -

This QB's mindset--and it's backed up. At the moment, we can trade down and get him...and probably don't have to worry about him saying he won't play in Carolina. "Attack! Attack from the jump!" "Every f'n snap is all about us!" "Let's go attack these mfers!"
