It's a really hopefull thought that Horn can play with a club. But with how brittle he is, I doubt he will.

Yes, I saw the play. He didn't intentionally hit Horn's arm. Horn's arm was just unfortunately there. This stuff happens all the time. Hell, I think it was how TD broke his arm. I think it was Luke that hit him.
